How it works
What you actually have to do
Tell us about the event
Date, postcode, roughly how many people. Two minutes on the form.
We send an exact quote
Not a price range. A figure, with everything it covers written out. Back to you within two hours.
We deliver and set up
We arrive with time to spare, set it up and test it. Then we walk you through how to use it — about ten minutes, and anyone can follow it.
We come back for it
Same night or the next morning. Whatever suits you — agreed when you book.
That's it. Between step three and step four, nothing on the list is yours.
LIVE package
For live music, we stay.
Hiring a PA and running a PA are two different jobs.
On LIVE bookings a sound engineer stays for the event — through soundcheck, through the set, mixing front of house and monitors as the room fills up and the sound changes.
That means the band isn't mixing itself from the stage, and nobody in your party is standing behind a desk they've never used.

We turn up when we said we would
Early enough that it's set up, tested and quiet again before your first guest arrives.
The price we quote is the price you pay
Access, parking and distance are priced before you commit — not discovered on the day.
Fully insured and PAT tested
Public liability cover and current PAT certificates. Whatever your venue asks a supplier for, we have it.
You deal with the person who turns up
Not a call centre, not a subcontractor, not a different crew on the night.
Questions
Before you book
Do we have to do anything on the day?
No. We arrive before your guests, set everything up, test it and show you how to play music through it. After that it's yours for the night. We come back to take it down.
Will it be loud enough?
The packages are matched to guest numbers, not to a room size, because that's what people know when they book. If you tell us the venue on the form we'll check the system suits the space and say so if it doesn't.
Can we play our own music?
Yes. Bluetooth, a phone, a laptop, or a DJ plugging in their own gear — all of it works. We'll show you how before we go.
Our venue has a sound limiter. Is that a problem?
Not usually, but tell us in the form. Limiters cut the power when the level goes over a set point, and a system that isn't set up for one will trip it all night. We set the system to work under it.
How long do we get it for?
It's agreed when you book. Most bookings are an evening with collection the same night, or we come back the next morning — whichever is easier for you and the venue.
What if there's no parking, or it's upstairs?
Tell us on the form. It doesn't stop us, it just changes how much time we need. What we don't do is turn up, find out, and hand you a different price.
Is there power at the venue?
We run from normal mains sockets. If your venue is outdoors or has no power, say so on the form and we'll talk through the options.
How far in advance should we book?
The earlier the better for Saturdays, and for anything in December. If your date is close, still ask — we'd rather tell you yes or no quickly.
Do you do live bands?
Yes — that's the LIVE package, and it includes a sound engineer for the event.
Are you insured?
Yes. We hold public liability insurance and our equipment is PAT tested. If your venue wants to see the certificates before we load in, ask and we'll send them over.
How do we pay?
A 30% deposit confirms the date. The balance is paid before the event, by bank transfer or cash.
