Things venues ask about
- Sound limiters. Most function rooms and barns have one. Tell us and we set the system to live under it, rather than cutting out mid-song.
- Access and load-in times. Venues often give a fixed window. Send it over and we'll work to it.
- Outdoor ceremonies. Tell us where the power is and what the weather cover is.
- Insurance and PAT certificates. We hold public liability cover and our equipment is PAT tested. We'll send the certificates straight to your venue or coordinator on request.

Can we use it for the ceremony and the reception?
Yes. It's one booking and one setup covering the whole day.
What if our band brings their own PA?
Then you may only need us for the ceremony and speeches. Tell us on the form and we'll quote for what you actually need.
How late can it run?
As late as your venue allows. Collection is either the same night or the next morning — agreed when you book.
Can we give you a playlist?
Yes — anything that plays from a phone or laptop works. We don't DJ, but a well-made playlist through a properly set-up system sounds better than most people expect.
