You've booked the hall, sorted the food and made a playlist. The sound is the bit that's easy to underestimate — and the bit everyone notices when it's wrong. We bring a proper system to your venue, set it up before anyone arrives, and take it away afterwards.
What this actually looks like
You send us the date and the postcode. We turn up early, carry it in, set it up, tune it to the room and test it.
Someone plugs in a phone and the music works. At the end of the night we come back and it's gone.
Nobody in your family spends the afternoon in a car park with a speaker on a trolley, and nobody spends the evening fiddling with a mixer they've never seen.

Things worth telling us
- The venue has a sound limiter. Common in function rooms and hotels. We set the system up to work under it instead of tripping it every twenty minutes.
- It's upstairs, or parking is tight. Not a problem, but it changes how long we need. Better we know now.
- Speeches. Tell us and we'll make sure the microphone is ready and at the right level, not something you sort out at 9pm.
- It's outdoors. We'll talk through power and weather cover.

Birthday party FAQs
Can we use it for speeches as well as music?
Yes — every package includes at least one microphone, and PARTY includes two wireless ones so nobody's tethered to the desk.
What if the party runs later than planned?
Tell us when you book and we'll build it in. Collection is either the same night or the next morning, agreed in advance.
Can a DJ use your system?
Yes. Most DJs bring their own controller and plug straight into our mixer. Tell us on the form and we'll make sure the right inputs are there.
Do you do the music too?
We don't DJ — we supply and run the sound. Plenty of people just use a playlist, and it works fine.
